Ingredients
- 1 cup of room temperature unsalted butter
- ½ cup of confectioners’ sugar
- ¼ cup of cornstarch
- 1 ½ cups of all purpose white flour
Instructions
- Place 1 cup of room temperature unsalted butter in your mixer & turn your mixer on high for 10-15 minutes. Your butter will be perfectly creamed .
- While the butter is mixing, preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Once the butter is creamed, add in ½ cup of confectioners’ sugar and ¼ cup of cornstarch
- Mix together for a minute or two before adding in 1 ½ cups of all purpose white flour
- Roll into 1" balls adn place onto a cookie sheet about an inch apart and press each gently with a fork to make lines on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes
