I bought one huge zucchini. As thick as my lower arm, weighing around 700gm. Lol, so big. But I took one of the smaller ones. There are some as thick as my biceps.

I saw this recipe, which is a bit like a frittata but using flour as the filler. Maybe something like a large savoury eggy clafoutis.

My husband doesn't like eating tofu puffs. But I love it a lot.

This is one of the ways that he will eat it. These can be eaten as a snack or as a dish. It's great as party finger food too.

A meat free dish. Flavourful, delicious!



It's easy to cook, goes well with rice.


I think I've cooked this 3 times, I think.. or at least twice :)
I slurp the gravy like soup

Daikon Beancurd Stew


It was in 2001 that I came up with this dish.

It was inspired by my first taste of Agedashi Tofu. And for many years I have cooked it many times, this way.

I've taken the pics of this dish many times throughout the years, starting from the first few months of blogging, and each time I cooked this again.. LOL. I just never shared this recipe for almost 7 years, not that I was reluctant too, but just never got around to do it.
